Notice for Non-Renewal:

If you decide not to continue with our services after the 12-month period, we require a 28-day notice prior to the end of the contract. This notice should be given in writing to ensure clear communication.

Continued Service:

Upon renewal, you will continue to enjoy all the services included in your package, such as hosting, maintenance, SEO, and any other features specific to your chosen package.

Review and Adjustments:

The renewal period is an excellent opportunity to review your website’s performance and discuss any potential adjustments or upgrades with our team. If you wish to upgrade, downgrade, or modify your services, this can be a suitable time to make those changes.

Billing:

The billing will continue as per the agreed monthly rate unless any changes to the package have been made. Payment terms remain the same as during the initial contract period.
